It is sad that I have to resort to this to obtain a statement for my account from DMC. I am trying to resolve a current issue and to date I have not received my statement from DMC.
I will not sign any agreement with out reading it. So sending out a Tracer is futile, whom in fact will not let me have copies of MY account details that he wants me to sign and agree upon. This is unethical. I would like a copy of the documents before signing or making any agreement on.
I will have no option but to report this to the Financial services Board and the Council for Debt Collectors if I do not receive my statement which is being denied to me.
