Thi is my second complaint regarding the same account. Yesterday I went to one of the cellphone chain stores to get a contract and was declined and to my surprise they told me it's a Markham account handled by MBD. I paid up this account 9 years ago and do not have slips as this is a very long time. And even if they say I owe this account, under the prescription act the account has prescribed. I would like MBD to take off my name from the Credit Bereau.
