Required Settlement Lette

I settled my Vodacom account in full end of May. I have been trying to get a settlement letter from VVM stating that my account has been paid full. Every time I called the customer care number they tell me they will send the requested through. Maybe I must bill VVM for all my calls and time waste to get assistance.

Would Like this issue to be sorted COB today!!
