ARRANGEMENT CONFIRMATION

My Clicks CC has been handed over for collection. I have had a terrible financial setback and did not keep to arrangements as promised. On Monday they phoned and agreed to a payment, on Wednesday somebody else phoned and suggested a lower amount for repayment. Then on Friday I received a call from Theo Louw to inform me that NO ARRANGEMENT will be accepted as I did not stick to previous arrangements. I explained that I know I am in the wrong and would really appreciate the opportunity to rectify. He emailed a warrant of execution dated 12/2009 and threathened that the sheriff will come to my house to take what they want. He asked if I had a dog and then he informed me someone would put the dog to sleep to enter the house??? I was not happy and he just didn't care. I emailed this morning again to ask if I can pay the R1, 000 to stop further action and he said he cannot refuse the offer but may still proceed with legal action". I just don't know what to do - pay or not? Why pay if they will continue in any case? I am being charged for many smses and calls on the same day - will I pay off this debt cause they are just loading it? Every caller make their own arrangemen can charge me!
