Attorney desperate for money

I applied in court to rescind judgement in terms of 74q and was granted the rescission and i represented myself without an attorney seeing that he did not come to court he filed opposing affidavit and about certain matters which are sub Judeque at the moment and defamed my character and seeing that most people are not under administration any more their business is losing clients and most people especially policemen and teachers are under administration and are very stressed and suicidal because he refuse them to cancel debt administration order, he is even selling the part of his building/offices because of financial difficulties his company is facing. He opposes any efforts i try to get my debts in order and my debtors were happy with me when i applied for rescission and agreed because they were going to get their money i want to go for detector test with Machiel because he once said i must not cancel it he is protecting me of which i did not understand why he should say that when i want to settle my debts. They take eighty percent of the amount of money we pay before distributing to creditors the balance. that is how they make money and hence they oppose rescission.
