I ask Nedbank to ask Madel (her email is [Email Removed] to not destroy the reputation of the company by her ignorance. She works in legal yet disregards the processes and the law. I laid a compliant on nedbank ask once no response to date. I will lay the complaint again here. I signed a contract with CreditWorks in 2009 and since then never defaulted. Madel being lazy to do her job well, purports i never made any payment. Yet she did not even have proof to substantiate her claims. In this age of consumer protection act etc, how can you make accusations without proof. Whilst at that goes further to debit my account. I sent her payment proofs and told her to get her facts rights. To date nothing has been done. So I am asking Nedbank to speak to her because she is lazy and does not do work and do it accurately, she makes claims without substance and has no proof to back up her claims. she is destroying the company reputation. please teach her that before you make a claim or a statement or an accusation make sure she got all the facts handy. in this case she had no facts no substance whatsover and i can prove her allegations false.
