Unfair charges Poor service

We were referred to Robert Klinkenberg Attorneys, they were said to be the best to handle a Divorce, well not true. The service received from Attorney Peter Breedt and his secretary Sonja Burke has been horrible. The case was given to Klinkenberg in June 2013, now in September we are exactly where we were when we started in June. Quoted by Peter Breedt, the amount of R5000 - R8000 is what we would be looking at, the invoice now stands at R28189.77. I requested the invoice in Aug only to receive it on the 10th of Sept 2013. Not once did the attorney notify the client, that the costs would be more, or did the client sign or acknowledge this. Also the firm cant supply me with a itemise billing of the phone record to compare it with the invoice, nor the proof of where they informed me of the charges, but resigned from the case with immediate effect, and the file cant be handed over until the bill is settled. Constantly I had to phone and follow up, waiting as long as 3 days for the attorney to return a phone call. No other attorney can be allowed on this case because of the file being in Klinkenbergs property.
