Fikile talk to me as if i am a criminal

Fikile called me at about 2.45 pm on 23rd september. kindly call up the recording in order to hear the way
that she speaks to the public. she accused me that my account is in arrears and when i requested her e mail
address to send her the proof that i have an arrangement with sabc and my proof of payments she started arguing and questioning what it is that i want to send. i then called the offices of ssd but although the woman on the switchboard tried her best she could not get hold of a manager to take my call, .
i would like to report fikile and sdd to the debt collectors association and i urge everybody else that had
the same experience with her to report the matter to the association. why must the public let her get away
with this manner of speaking. this needs to be address at the highest level. ssd has got to get their records updated and train their staff to speak with respect to people, the more when they are in fault and not me!!!
