RUDE, NO FEEDBACK BAD SERVICE

I am in the same situation and I can advise you to find another attorney. Andrew was also enthusiastic made promises, came quickly to see me when I first phoned, as he wanted payment. There after I received the same treatment... excuses, rude if I questioned him on progress. He sent sheriff to house address instead of wotrk address after I told him that my ex is hardly home, this prolonged the matter. Eventually the divorce went through in June 2013. He made an error by not listing the name of my ex husbands provident fund. Needless to say I am still waiting, from July last year he has promised to have decree changed, but nothing. From November he has nort replied to any of my e-mails or calls. Eventually another attorney who shares offices with him, informed me that my case will be heard on the 27th January 2014, all the documents were in oreder and she forsaw no problems with this. Again on the 27th he did not answer me or take my calls. This morning I received a call from his 'secretary" informing me that the documents have been misplaced and the case will only be heard in March. I have waited so long, and now am in so much debt as a result of the delays from Andrew.
