My name is Russel Hanning, my wife's name is Zayaan Alexander.
We were supposed to meet with Arlene Williams of MWP Inc. Conveyancing Department along with Charmaine Boys whose house we are interested in buying.
The meeting was set for 14H00, 10 September 2013.
Me my wife and Charmaine arrived at MWP Inc. offices in Rondebosch at 13H57.
At 14H05 Arlene Williams called to say that she will be late.
Arlene Williams eventually arrived at 15H00 according to my wife as I left at 14H20 due to Arlene's unprofessionalism, I dont need to explain why.
Very unimpressed with that and no excuse can make up for that.
