No Responce to numerous Emails

I have send Marna more than 10 emails to request an explanation why Norton Lambrianos charges me
R 28.50 per call they make to me when there is nothing to discuss AND ALSO CHARGES ME R 28.50 WHEN I CALL THEM!!!

There is also UNNESSARY CHARGES on my account like (General Notes also at R 28, 50 each and some months there are up to four general notes?)

Sms's that are send to me are charges at R 2 each and the company send up to 6 sms's within a week EVEN THOUGH THEY RECIEVE THEIR MONEY.

These unnessary charges gets added to my account and then I also have to pay interest on these charges.

I refuse to call them or accept a call from them as it will cost me R 28.50 either way!!!

They are milking the public with UNNECESSARY CHARGES and I demand an explanation!!!
