Employ new staff, educate these people

I have asked for settlement amounts so that i could make full payments on all outstanding accounts. The amounts. This was last year some time. This year i have done a credit check on my self and noticed that the details were not reflecting on the credit check positively. I tried calling in 3 time to request my settlement letters for the second time which i have not recieved as yet and the consultant hung up on me twice the third time the call was sent to another department. I then requested this information again and the lady told me it will take another 2 wks. I called in now 3 weeks later and the call is just cutting off. I am disgusted with the lack of knowledge and behaviour. This is really ridiculous as i need to purchase a home and i am now needing to wait for these to get the details to me as well as updated my details. I have no confidence that they know how to conduct their jobs and that they themselves know what they are doing!!! This is only one incident that im mentioning as i have had plenty of bad experiences.
