Pathetic service

I cannot express my disgust at the servise i have received from these people which edcon have subsiquently handed me over to, i settled an edgars account in 2006 and closed the account luckily i kept the proof and only to be told in 2013 that i still owe the some R900 odd amount, i have phoned them more than 6 times and have faxed the proof repeatedly and still my query is not resolved, spoke to some supervisor called Kgomotso Ditsekgo who pretended as if she understands my frustation she promised to call me back 2 days later which did not materialise of which eventually i phoned her back nine days later to tell her am still waiting for feedback, she still couldint give me a response am so frustrated with these people am going to the Omburdsman
