Demands for payment of TV license

TV License 159611094
I am receiving numerous text messages and phone calls regarding an outstanding TV license fee.
These messages state no amount, just threats of handing over and summonses.
However, the license fee was paid directly to SABC a few months ago.
E mails with proof of payment attached to KRB have no affect.
I am still getting 2/3 text messages on a daily basis and telephone calls at night.
To report this problem to the Law Society of the Northern Provinces seems like unnecessary rigmarole.
I have noticed that I am not the only one with problems with KRB attorneys.
