For the past several months my wife has been receiving sms' indicating that her TV lic is expired and that action will be taken. She is not an account holder as the account number given is for someone not known to us. I tried their call back number (no luck) but managed to get a reception number (thanks google) and explained to them that they have the wrong cell number. It has been three months now, and still the sms' keep coming.
