Maritial Contract

I am very unhappy about this attorney. we asked in feb 2013 for an contract and since today almost 6months later nothing has happend. He asked for an immediate payment we gave it. No we are waiting and nothing is happening. We are phoning is cell always on v/mail and we phone office/home number and always not present. we keep in leaving message but does not come back to us! i am about to take him to court for cause this does not take that long!! I am sick of him not coming back to us, we have paid him and now we are waiting for him, with his own negligence. we don't even know if he took the contract to the "aktekantoor" or not. Since the beginning we were kept in the dark and his services if very unprofessional!
