Please explain why I get harassed with SMS notifications of monies outstanding on accounts I do not have?

Secondly your pathetic phone system which constantly tells you "you are 6th in line to speak to a consultant" 15 MINUTES LATER - AT MY EXPENSE BECAUSE YOUR INCOMPETENT STAFF & COMPANY CANNOT PROOF CHECK YOUR INFORMATION BEEN SENT OUT!
