UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR BY A LAW FIRM

I am being threatened by JM ATTORNEYS by e-mail that they will attach my property for an unproven debt of R 757.59 that they refuse to explain.
No matter how many times I have asked them for an explanation for this they ignore me.
There is no judgement in this respect and they do not respond on any requests for information.
We are all being harassed by them for unproven debt that has lapsed according to rules of the CPA.
My contract with Cell C has expired already in 2007. They had a debit order on my account for any outstanding amounts.
They MAY NOT threaten or take ANY action as the debt has expired EVEN IF THERE WAS DEBT.
This is plain unethical harassment by a Law Firm and they are breaking the law.
Has anyone contacted Carte Blanche about this?
