This seems like the only way that you get some of
your creditors to respond to you

Well I have been trying to get some answers
regarding activity on my account
What i fail
to grasp is that i am paying but the sheriff was
send out again, some activity like i have been
billed twice for copying a document
registered post again billed 2
your firm keep on billing me for calls made to
my employer, well i wanted names as to who did you speak to
the amount of interest charged i cannot understand
you billed me for interest accrued till the end of the month
then again on the 11th of the next month
then again at the end of that month!!
then what amaze me the most at the end of that
detailed account statement
you end of with balance subject to change to
corrections! is this a method on your behalf of
trying to save face?!

Your organisation is what keeps people in debt for ever
so far we have calculated that I have settled my debt
twice, plus now the settlement offer is twice that amount
the initial debt was 2500.00 so far i paid 5000.00
and the settlement is 4000.00 if I had my way i would take this matter
to court
