BAD SERVICE

I had an outstanding amount to be paid, I made an arrangement with Kabelo to pay in two parts which I did. These attorneys have no system at all every time they call and say I have an outstanding amount I fax the proof of pay but no one calls backs to say alls sorted. They just send sms after a week or so saying again I must pay an outstanding amount again and to top it all these amounts change all the time. I just had enough of this please help me with this problem.
