Statement needed

Dear Peter

I'm writing this informing that JM attorneys sent me sms several times last year and tried to contact but didn't get hold of them, cause you'll hold for a long time with no assistance. During May around 15th I spoke to them and ask for a statement as they sent me a letter that I'm owing Health and Raquet R11611.60 with 19.20 insterest. I ask them to send me a statement showing how did they get up this huge amount. In May I spoke to Thabo and Thabiso the supervisor as well and last week i phoned them assisted by other lady i forgot her name. the following day I was assisted by Batseba who was rude that why I didn't pay my acccount and why I left my job. It was not my choice of leaving the job but have to leave as I was temping. I do not deny of paying nor making arrangements but I just need a statement, cause I asked Batseba to transfer me to her supervisor- Ralth I think who promised to send it in the next 10minutes. To date I didn't even get that statment. Batseba threatened that if I don't make arrangements sheriffs will come to my house. I ask her that will she pay for something she knows about it but not having anything in writing. The lady is so ruuuudeand wickd
