How can i pay when i dont get whats needed

Good Day i received a call from someone who was really rude to me, She requested why i haven't paid my account at Dr Glassman, I said that i requested a statement as i have been making payments thumb sucking what i still owed. I have not received a statement or anything telling me what i owe.By law i am to receive this to show my payments and how much i still owe. When i told this she just said ok dear so i asked if she was going to send me on all she said was ok dear thank you good bye and put the phone down, how am i to pay my account when i don't have the right information or anything to go by. I have contacted Dr glassman to get the amount outstanding i and they have sent me the amount. I will be paying them directly as this is not on. I was willing to pay when i requested the outstanding amount but didn't receive anything. the number i received the call on is 083 960 4802. The only reason i stopped paying was because i don't know how much i owe. I will not pay any interest that has accrued as i have not been made a wear of what i owe.
