DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MBD!!!

I had a query that has been pending since the beginning of the year, they my money and when I asked them about it they said they would investigate with Edcon Head Office and that was more than 2 months ago. I contact MBD and I am sent from Pillar to post. When i get through to Marianna's office, I'm told "SHE'S NOT IN TODAY" How convenient? I speak to Mpumi Malombo and when I ask her how far my query is she tells me it's still under investigation and when I asked if she can can help she says NO! And when I express my disappointment due to the lack of results, she exclaims and says 'hmm" I mean what of joke of a company are these people running, they take your money and when you want assistance all you get is "HMMM" If this is not sorted out within the next week I am taking it as high as I can because I cannot for the life of me accept such nonsense. I have logged another HELLO PETER complaint cause clearly that's how I get things done.
