Ordered garnish and never paid the shop i owed

Hi my name is Lerato from Pretoria. Gerald van Der Merwe attorneys had a garnish order on my name the have been deducting money from my salary after some time electric express started contacting me that i should pay them.i explained that their attorneys are taking money on my salary every month.they said my account was not handed over to their attorneys its still with the shop.they ended up threatening to blacklist my name.i ended up paying the money.i tried to contact attorneys and explain the situation they started taking me from pillar to post.the shop says they are not responsible for refunding me since they didn't get the money from attorneys.the money is still taken from my salary they keep on saying the'll investigate and the'll call me but they never did..who is responsible for refunding me?
