Still waiting for a call from Edgars*Disappointed

After numerous phone calls to head office and not being able to speak to anyone, I logged a complaint on Hello Peter and I recieved a phone call and was advised that I will get a phone call from someone who will assist me with my query and Im still waiting for that phone call, Im so dissappointed in Edgars, Im being sent from pillar to post and In not getting any joy, from day one since I've made contact with Edars it's been a nightmare talking to the agents on xpress was the worst experience ever, all I really need is someone to advise and assist. Thats all or am I asking for, IM NOT ASKING FOR TOO MUCH, if I could get Excellent Service from WOOLIES in one day Surely EDGARS can do that.
