Im always having to call and follow up

When i contacted Joasa for their sequestration services was told that it will be granted soon
and that i wont have to pay any of my debt whilst in process now i have been garnished all i was told was that there is nothing they can do and that they went to court but sequestration wasn't granted and that they have applied for new court date but no one calls me i always have to call
i am paying a monthly installment of R2225 monthly but have received no joy thus far it worries me big time
How long doe this really take i cant afford the monthly installment and garnishee on my name
