I am now done with having to keep repeating myself to your incompetent staff!!! I have no problem with your staff calling me to query the arrears on my personal loan... BUT WHEN YOUR STAFF KEEPS CALLING ME AFTER I HAVE EXPLAINED THE WAY FORWARD... AND THEY FAIL TO MAKE A NOTE OF THIS ON YOUR SYSTEMS... THIS IS WHERE I START TO LOOSE MY PATIENCE!!! Everyday just after 19h00 at night I get a call from Nedbank... telling me my account is in arrears and asking when can they expect payment...?!! I have repeatedly told your staff that I applied for Sequestration and my application for sequestration was granted by the high court in May 2013!!! I have provided them with the necessary contact details for my lawyers to validate my order for sequestration!!! I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY DO I HAVE TO KEEP REPEATING MYSELF?!!! CLEARLY YOUR STAFF NEEDS T0 MAKE NOTE OF CLIENTS COMMENTS THAT THEY MAKE CONTACT WITH!!! EVIDENTLY THEY ARE NOT DOING THIS!!! BECAUSE EVERYTIME THEY CALL ME THEY SAY THEY CANNOT SEE ANY COMMENTS OR NOTES ON THE SYSTEM ABOUT MY SEQUESTRATION,
