I contacted Lipco after 4 months of "being a member". I called to get information about the policy which i convinced my partner to take due to their great benefits on offer. I call to get advice, only to find out that i am not covered. This, after cancelling my existing Legal cover to go with them.
I made it very clear that we will only taake the plan if both of us are covered and they said that we will.

I need assistance and now i have no other otion but to seek legal aid elsewhere on MY account.
This is outrageous. i contacted them to complain and still no-one has called me back. NO documents, NO card. Is this a joke...
