Totally Unprofessional and Impossible to Contact

I lodged a complaint against VVM here on Hello Peter on 22 March. Despite their reply that the matter will be investigated, I have received no response and the harrassment has started again. I am now going to lodge an NCR Complaint. I had an FSB License that I cancelled in writing with the FSB. I received a letter of demand from VVM for the license fees and informed them in writing that the license was cancelled. They wrote back to say I must not do anything, they will resolve the matter. This was in October 2012. In the last 3 weeks I have received numerous emails as well as intimidating sms'es. I tried to contact them, but to no avail. No one answers their telephones. Then they sent my HUSBAND an sms with the words" your wife is ignoring us". What if I was no longer married? What if my husband was a maniac and got into a fit of anger and shot me? Poor, poor customer service and I am fairly sure that it is illegal to even discuss/mention any matter pertaining to a client via any means with any other person except the client him/herself. I am going to lodge a complaint with the NCR. It is also bordering on defamation of character when messages of such a nature is sent out.
