JM ATTORNEYS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE!!

I was handed over to JM Attorneys some time back. Then later sequestrated in the High Court. They were sent copies of the court order SEVERAL TIMES. They have been advised, verbally, SEVERAL TIMES. Are they that incompetent that they cannot update their systems? Basically, if these so called Attorneys cannot get it through to their thick skulls, a sequestration order means that the DEBT HAS BEEN WRITTEN OFF BY THE HIGH COURT i.e. leave me alone!!!
It has been over a year already and still they continue sending BADLY WRITTEN SMS's in Grade 3 English and still I get harassing phone calls.
Unless this is sorted out and the debt written off on their systems my next option will be to add to the hundreds of complaints already received by the Law Society for JM Attorneys and let Carte Blanche know that they can do a follow up series on the so called Attorneys. I suggest that any remarks on the credit bureaus be removed as well.
I have now had enough of dealing with these imbeciles!
