Bad service from Internet provide

My Internet website providers service is bad. They forget to let you know that your yearly website fee is due and then just deduct the money from your account. They do double deductions, and forget to reconnect you to your website. So you have to ask them to reconnect, otherwise it doesn't happen. It seems they are more concern about getting your money then providing a service. So for the month of April, I have been without internet services, as they have not connected me yet.
