Worst internet connection

So My Cell C Speed Stick disconnects and reconnects about 1000 times per day. Think of it this way: You browse like you normally do, but every 30s you have to reconnect to the internet. It gets worse, because sometimes it refuses to reconnect, so I have to quit the program and restart it. But then it gets even worse, because sometimes you quit and it throws a 'not responding'. So task manager kill it then run it again and you've bought yourself another 30s of internet. It is extremely frustrating and the company has already started migrating to another Service provider.
