Dealing with people is what I do in my business everyday but I have NEVER encountered such a patronising and insulting attitude as I encountered today with one of your Managers who called himself "Mayern". He refused to give me his surname so that is all I can go on. I phoned to complain that I was being continuously billed off a credit card that I had used previously to settle an account. He explained that this was in the terms of agreement and that I had no choice. When I explained that I did not find this acceptable, the attitude I received was "tough". At this stage I was more angry about his attitude than the actual issue so asked to speak to somebody senior in the strongest possible terms. He said he was a Manager and that there was no-one else around. He then instructed me to not use strong language with him. I said I will be taking this further (use social media) at which point he threatened me with a potential slander case. He then put the phone down on me. If this is how your manager behaves then I am not sure what type of company you are running? As for the threat...
