Tired of promises not being kept

I'm tired of phoning customer care line and e-mailing with no response.

Communication within the Rubybox team needs to be improved. Products are not being packed properly, don't arrive on time and billing issues even though the subscription was cancelled. Clearly, Chamelle is making promises to the customer, which are not being kept. Yes, it's not fair to put all the blame on her, but I am getting fed up with phoning to follow up on the situation.

If it is the courier company's fault with the delay, perhaps its time to try some other companies?
