Refund request for purchasing Trisha's Lingerie

I purchased a Trisha's Lingerie Refund (Small black lace) on the 9th April 2013. On the 15th April 2013 I received an email informing me that they no longer had the stock and I must send my bank details for a refund. I sent the bank details the same day and received an automated response that my email has been received. Since then I haven't heard any more communication from Cityslicker on the progress of my refund. I have sent two emails to date, there is no responses. What is more annoying is the fact that there do not have a customercare number to call to speak to someone about the refund. I need to know if there is another effective way to communicate with Cityslicker besides using emails because they do not respond to emails.
