On 8 February 2013 you undertook to refund me within 3 - 7 working days for a failed RapidStudio voucher.
This refund has not happened and (based on other complaints here) it appears to be a consistent approach with your customer service to delay this.
The whole experience has felt incredibly dodgy and put me off the group buying thing entirely.
What do I need to do in order to get my money back from you?
