Very bad service and terrible customer care

Hi i placed on order with NetFlorsit on the 7 Februay 2013 for delivery on 14 February 2013.
the order was for a bunch of roses, a box of chocolates and a balloon, only the roses were delivered on the 14 February2013. When i called the customer care line to ask when would they deliver they choclates and balloon they advised on the 18 February 2013, this is unacceptable. when i asked to speak to a supervisor, manager or someone higher up i was told that they were all out on deliveries. this is unacceptable besides the moment being lost the attitude fron NetFlorist is applauding.
