I have been a customer of Gridhost for many years and have advocated their company to many of my business colleagues over the years.

I have most of my local business domains hosted with Gridhost and identified problems with email not relaying successfully on some of the domains. I contacted Gridhost this afternoon at approximately 13h00 and the phone was answered without the call centre agent identifying his name to me. I had to ask him what his name was, and thereafter identified him as Lemy. Previous interaction with Lemy proved similar experience in that he has a really bad attitude which suggests that he has no concern about customer service!

In the midst of expressing my complaint to him, he cut me off stating that he needed to open a service request for me. I cautioned him that I was still speaking and needed to finish explaining what my problems are and he had an extremely arrogant attitude with me and eventually cut the call on me???

I am a paying customer who hosts my business with Gridhost. Is this how they treat their customers?

I tried to call them back repeatidly for over 15 minutes without any success of them answering my calls?
