Worst Service Eve

Running a company with a service provider like Gridhost for a year was a total nightmare. I have lost hundreds of thousand of rands as a result of their incompetence and bad attitude. I notified them last year soon after starting the service and repeatedly through the year when their "LAMMY" treated me like an and not a client. 31 st of December came and they auto renewed my membership. I just called them and they insist that I have to give them a month's notice. I just paid that notice amount and all of a sudden I cannot find a button on their website for me to delete my site from their servers.
