Since Monday the 25th of May my wife has not been working, that is 3 days in total been calling without any resolution, only yesterday afternoon they told me they will log a ticket which will take another 48hrs for it to be allocated. that will make another 2 days of not having internet.this is niot fair becuase now e have to buy data in order to work while we pay monthly for the fiber service
