Billing / Poor quality and used it less, disturbed by other Wi-Fi next door

I am disappointed and so upset with RSAWeb. I received it on the 3rd of March 2026, and from the beginning, there were issues. A trial of the WhatsApp SMS showed things I complained about. On the 10th of the same month, it was not working for 2-3 days because the next door had a similar router, and it affected our network. They ordered a replacement router, and when the courier delivered it after 2 days, he mentioned that they have been returning and collecting other routers around town.
Again, they just block ports without consulting their customers. My entire schedule was disrupted because I work from home, and I couldn't do work tasks. They had quite an attitude. Think twice before joining; there is no excellent service.
I initially paid R385 for 2-3 months, and later it was supposed to be R595 monthly. Now the statement says I have to pay something like R1300. I am canceling because I don't want to wait, and I want the billing reduced. I wish they lose clients and be scrapped.
