I have been with RSAWEB for almost a year. I started having issues with internet from October 2024. I have been calling them, chatting, sending e-mails from the 18 November 2024. The problem is "No internet" on and off. They have tried all they can the support team but couldn't help. On the 3rd of March after the weekend (1st and 2nd March) which was no internet was available at all. I called them from work and asked them to terminate this as it is not helping me. They repeat the same thing as robots even though you are explaining the situation. Today they want payment for increased contribution for April because the 3rd May is not regarded as calendar month. On the 3rd March they announced increased monthly fee starting 1st April (calendar month does not matter to them). You as their loyal customer can sit in the dark but pay the fees of the service that is not working. I do not deserve to be treated like this. Today I am told that Nuraan will call me Monday to resolve this, I am not accepting this at all, this is not fair.
