Unhappy with goods

I am not happy at all with the samples I receive each month. And the ridiculous tools. I do not use a tweezer at all. What the must I do with a thing that costs R50.00. It is a rip off of my R100.00 every month. I'm just waiting for my order which was placed on and paid for on 01/02/2013 which I will only be receiving on 15/03/2013... which is also ridiculous to wait so long for an order that was paid for allready...
