BAD SERVICE

I bought a bluetooth keyboard from them for R 399.00 on 2013/08/22. They told me that if I pay a additional R 75.00 they will send it by speed services and i will have it the next day. They further acknowledge via sms that they received the money and will send it immediately and sms the tracking number. Since 2013/08/23 I have made at least 20 phone calls to obtain a tracking number. Every time I speak to Jaques he tells me that he will phone me back in 5 minutes, this never happens. During our last conversation I was told that the items were send on Tuesday the 27 th and that he was sitting in front of the paper with the tracking number and will send it immediately, needless to say this didn't happen. Please be aware of the way the do business.
