First time sellers beware Up

The buyer of the goods has received the items she purchased from me on Wednesday last week. Because I am a 1st time seller on this organisation's website I was required to send a certified copy of my ID plus a certified copy of a utility bill. This I did on Friday!

Every time I call the call centre they tell me that there will be issuing payment at 9 o'clock the next morning however no payment takes place.

Now I am told that I am at fault because I did not send them to tracking numbers. Yet nowhere on their website does it require me to send tracking numbers. The question is why are they asking me for this now? Surely they could have asked me for this on Wednesday last week.

They are very quick to take their share of the selling price but very tardy on paying out the amount owing to the Seller. I'm sure that I would not have had this problem if I was a big seller on the site.
