I purchase dining chairs from 5 Rooms in December 2012. I was promised delivery of my entire order on the 21st of December. On the day I heard nothing from them. After calling four times to find out where my delivery was they said they can't deliver all my chairs due to some items not being in stock. They took my money but didn't deliver on their promise. I was then told they would deliver the part order on the 24th of December. The delivery courier pitched up with no indication of time. I was told the rest of my order would be delivered in the beginning of January 2013. It's the 11th and I still haven't heard a word from them. All I can say is stay away from this company. It's terrible and they don't care about satisfying clients.
