Will Wetherlys please return my money??

Bought some chairs at Wetherlys Rosebank. They don't tell us the store is closing down, so we don't figure out why they don't answer their phone when we try to follow up on our order. Delivery date was agreed as 1 March. No contact, no delivery. Eventually we find out that another branch is dealing with the order; delivery promised for Wednesday. Of course nothing arrives. After waiting to be called back for over an hour, call again to be told that the chairs will not arrive today. Ask to cancel order and for a refund and am told that I now need to fill in a form and send a copy of my ID. I offer to send my banking details by email along with order number and my address, ID and any other identifying details they want. No. Their policy is they need the form - fantastic to know that even when customer service is horrendous, they're at least compliant with their policy when it prejudices me.
