No Delivery - No Fair Service

My colleague and i placed an order on the same day 3/12/13, she received all her order on time and - i fail to understand what may course a delay of my order. My assumption is that i was a first time buyer while my colleague is a regular buyer. They didn't even bother to send me an email informing me of the delay of my order - I had to followup with them. My colleague bought 4items from them, and all 4 were delivered on time - and i only ordered 2 items yet my order is still sitting in your warehouse and my status is still on processing.
i find this very ridiculous really if they send out their orders based on who buys frequently.

Please refund me if you are unable to deliver. im sure il get the same pair of shoes from Zando or Spree - i wont mind paying more cos i know they will deliver.
