Extremely bad service, passing the buck & rude!!

I tried to simply place an order and receive an invoice for hampers from Netflorist and it took me about 2 weeks for them to get their act together AND when the hampers eventually arrived, the driver was so RUDE & he wouldn't let me check to see if everything had been delivered!! never using them again.
