Best online transaction ever!

I ordered 2 tablet keyboards from Zasttra this week. I was initially going to order via Bidorbuy but decided to give their direct website a try instead.

I was impressed from the very 1st moment I encountered their website. Not only did they offer free courier or post office counter to counter delivery for orders over R250, but they also offered me a discount voucher for being a first time buyer and additional vouchers for recommending to friends (I saved almost R40).

I opted for post office delivery since I wasn't sure if I would be available to collect the parcel. On the same day that payment reflected, my order was courier delivered to my home at no extra cost (2 days after ordering).

Upon opening the parcel I realized that the wrong USB cable was sent (mini instead of micro). My email reporting this was promptly responded to and since I was unable to receive the parcel via courier this afternoon during their office hours and unable to get to their warehouse, their sales manager Wale personally delivered the parcel to me this evening at no extra cost and made sure I was happy with the contents.

I'm mind-blown at this level of customer service and how they go the extra mile
